Bombshell Vitamins respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.
This Privacy Policy explains how Shelf Select, LLC, doing business as Bombshell Vitamins (“Bombshell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit TryBombshell.com or BombshellVitamins.com, purchase products, communicate with us, apply to become an ambassador or creator, sign up for marketing communications, interact with advertisements, or otherwise use Bombshell websites and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
Depending upon how a consumer interacts with Bombshell, we may collect:
Information provided directly
- Name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Billing address
- Shipping address
- Order information
- Purchase history
- Products purchased
- Customer-service communications
- Contact-form submissions
- Newsletter preferences
- Marketing preferences
- Ambassador or creator application information
- Instagram, TikTok, and other social-media handles

Payment information
Payments are processed by third-party payment processor Stripe but may be changed at any time and without further notice. Bombshell does not intend to directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on Bombshell servers. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy and security practices.
Bombshell may receive limited transaction information such as:
- transaction status
- payment method type
- transaction identifier
- purchase amount
- order number
- billing information necessary to process the transaction
- refund or payment-dispute information
Automatically collected information
Bombshell and approved service providers may collect:
- IP address
- browser type
- device type
- operating system
- referring source
- pages viewed
- links clicked
- date and time of access
- approximate location derived from IP address
- cart activity
- product views
- checkout activity
- advertising interactions
- cookie identifiers
- device identifiers
- performance and diagnostic information
This may occur through cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies.
Categories of personal information
For purposes of applicable U.S. privacy laws, including California law where applicable, categories may include:
- Identifiers — name, address, email, phone, IP address, online identifiers, transaction identifiers
- Customer records — billing information, shipping information, contact information, purchase records
- Commercial information — products purchased, products considered, transaction history, shopping-cart activity, customer preferences
- Internet or electronic activity — browsing activity, interactions with the website, advertising interactions, email interactions
- Approximate geolocation — approximate location inferred from an IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location)
- Professional or social information — information voluntarily submitted by ambassadors, creators, affiliates, influencers or business applicants
- Inferences — limited inferences about likely interests or preferences generated from website or marketing interactions
Sensitive personal information
Bombshell does not currently intend to request or use sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, biometric information, precise geolocation, medical diagnoses, or unrelated passwords. Payment-card information is handled through Stripe.
How information is used
Bombshell may use information to:
- process orders, payments, refunds and returns
- deliver products and communicate about orders
- provide customer service and respond to requests
- operate the website and maintain shopping-cart functionality
- prevent fraud, maintain security and keep transaction records
- process ambassador and creator applications and administer influencer or affiliate programs
- send marketing communications where permitted
- analyze website traffic, measure advertising and improve products and customer experience
- maintain accounting and tax records
- comply with legal obligations, protect legal rights and enforce agreements
We do not use information for materially unrelated purposes without updating this Privacy Policy and the applicable notices.
Email marketing
When you sign up, we store your email address, the exact consent language shown to you, the consent version, the date and time you consented, and the sign-up source.
You can unsubscribe from promotional email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, or by contacting info@TryBombshell.com. Transactional email may continue for orders, shipping, refunds, security and customer-service responses.
Cookies and similar technologies
Bombshell may use cookies and similar technologies in three categories:
- Essential — cart, checkout, payment security, fraud prevention and privacy-preference storage. These may operate without optional advertising consent where legally permitted.
- Analytics — Google Analytics.
- Advertising / targeting — Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and future retargeting technologies.

Sale or sharing of personal information
Bombshell does not sell personal information for money. However, certain advertising technologies may constitute “sharing” under privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. Where applicable, we honor opt-outs and qualifying Global Privacy Control signals and block the applicable advertising transmissions.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, Bombshell will treat that signal as an opt-out of sale or sharing for that browser or device where required by applicable law. No account or identity verification is required, and the signal is evaluated before optional advertising technologies initialize.
California privacy rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended. Subject to applicable law and exceptions, those rights may include:
- Right to know / access — categories collected, sources, business purposes, third-party categories, categories sold or shared, and specific pieces of information.
- Right to delete — subject to lawful exceptions, including completing transactions, maintaining tax records, addressing product safety, preventing fraud, protecting security, complying with law and defending legal claims.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing, where Bombshell engages in practices constituting sale or sharing under applicable law.
- Right to non-discrimination — Bombshell will not unlawfully discriminate against consumers for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Bombshell does not currently use sensitive personal information in a manner that triggers the right to limit its use. If that changes, we will provide a dedicated “Limit Use” mechanism and update this policy first.
California 12-month disclosures
During the preceding 12 months, or during Bombshell's shorter operating period, Bombshell may have collected the categories described above: identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or electronic activity, approximate geolocation, professional or social-media information, and inferences.
Bombshell may disclose personal information to the following categories of third parties: payment processors, hosting providers, shipping providers, fulfillment providers, analytics providers, advertising providers, marketing providers, email providers, professional advisors and security providers.

Ambassador and creator information
If you apply to become an ambassador, creator, influencer or affiliate, Bombshell may collect your name, email, Instagram handle, TikTok handle, social information, follower range, application responses, referral source, campaign attribution and communications. We use this information to evaluate applications, communicate with you, administer the program, measure recruiting campaigns and manage relationships.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or receipt of complimentary products.
Data minimization
We collect only information reasonably necessary. We do not request Social Security numbers, government identification, medical diagnoses, precise geolocation or biometric information, and we do not request sensitive health information through newsletter, ambassador or contact forms.
Children
Bombshell's Services are intended for a general adult audience and are not directed to children under 13. Bombshell does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of applicable law. Bombshell does not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 without legally required affirmative authorization.
Data security
Bombshell uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No website, database, network, transmission method, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for transactions, customer service, tax and accounting, consent records, fraud prevention, ambassador administration, product safety, recall obligations, dispute resolution and legal compliance. When no longer needed, information may be deleted, anonymized, aggregated or securely disposed of.
Social media
If you interact with Bombshell on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube or Pinterest, those platforms may also process your information under their own privacy policies. Bombshell does not control the independent privacy practices of those platforms.
International users
Bombshell's initial ecommerce operations are intended for U.S. customers. If Bombshell intentionally expands to other jurisdictions, this Privacy Policy will be reviewed and updated before it is relied upon for those markets.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Bombshell may update this policy due to changes in business practices, technology, vendors, advertising, laws or products. We update the “Last Updated” date when materially appropriate and provide additional notice where legally required.
